Spring Farm Master Plan

Landcom commissioned GMU to provide an urban design review and alternative masterplan for the eastern village of the Spring Farm release area. The Spring Farm urban release area is located within the local government area of Camden and is approximately 60km south west from Sydney.

GMU’s review of the existing structure plan and the relationship of the current layout for the Landcom site to the context revealed that other opportunities may be possible with a better design outcome. Subsequently, GMU prepared an alternative master plan which is more responsive to the site topography, views and context.
