Rouse Hill Town Centre

GMU provided a comprehensive assessment of each tender and its urban design outcomes. GMU also provided expert advice and guidance on the urban design principles of the VPA and design development of the masterplan. GMU continued with Landcom after selection of the successful tender to guide and direct the detail design for the town centre infrastructure and buildings as well as landscape design, residential subdivisions and house DAs as both chair of the Design Review Panel and expert advisor.

Rouse Hill Town Centre sent a new benchmark for town centre development and won numerous national and international awards.
