Waitara Ave, Waitara – Concept DA

This project is a concept DA to change the height controls for the site in combination with developing a site specific envelope and reference design for the site. The proposal is for a Seniors Living development of independent living units with supporting facilities in Waitara Ave, Waitara.  The Site Specific envelope and indicative reference design was approved by the Sydney North Planning Panel in 2017.
