Moss Vale Road, Burradoo

GMU was appointed to undertake a Visual Assessment of the land at Lot 2 DP 258454 and Lot 3 DP 609703 located at Moss Vale Road, Burradoo. The purpose of the report was to consider and assess the quality of the existing available views in relation to the objectives of the applicable controls for this area and to identify which views are significant to the public domain and to satisfy Council controls.

The study also took into account the impacts that topography, vegetation and existing private development have in the availability of views from the public domain starting from a district-wide level down to localised relationships in order to assess the actual views available to the site and their contribution to the scenic quality of the journey between Burradoo and Moss Vale.
