Port Macquarie Town Centre DCP

Port Macquarie – Hastings Council appointed GMU to review the draft Town Centre DCP 20. The brief included an assessment of submissions and a full review of the outcomes from the DCP.

GMU undertook 3D massing studies for numerous waterfront council-owned sites to inform the block controls and redevelopment potential for each site. GMU also developed detailed AHDs for view lines.

The draft DCP had been refined and amended to achieve improved outcomes for the town centre.
