Milton Street Precinct DCP GMU was appointed by City of Canterbury Bankstown Council to conduct an Urban Design Study and provide a site-specific Development Control Plan (DCP) for the Milton Street Precinct. The DCP will guide future development within the precinct to achieve design excellence and contextual fit. The draft DCP is currently on exhibition.
