Marshall Avenue Precinct Master Plan
GMU was appointed by LOFTEX to prepare an urban design report and master plan for a potential development proposed at 1-25 Marshall Avenue. The initial site analysis has been provided as issues and opportunities diagrams and its key relationships. In turn, the issues and opportunities diagrams have translated into a vision statement and design strategies to guide the proposal for the site.
The final concept master plan was created considering the site as part of its larger context as well as the built form, height, public domain and landscape character to ensure that the master plan achieves the DCP objectives.
