Lane Cove DCP & Key Area Master Plans

GMU won a public tender to prepare the consolidated DCP (Urban Design input) for Lane Cove Council including the development of a master plan and block plan approach for St Leonards major centre on a very tight timeframe. We have undertaken analysis of the centre and local area as well as discussions with landowners and the community to develop a masterplan for the centre and to strengthen the urban design outcomes for the LGA based on a generic development approach.

The masterplan and block plans as well as key design lead provisions have been tested with the stakeholders and the community and are now being incorporated into the DCP by Council ready for adoption for exhibition by Council.
