1496 Pacific Highway, Warrawee
GMU was appointed by Develotek Property Group to undertake an urban design study of a consolidated site located at No 1496 Pacific Highway, Warrawee. This study was prepared to determine the appropriate built form outcome for the site and to form part of an Urban Design Report in support of a residential Development Application.
GMU undertook detailed site and streetscape analysis of the area to inform the appropriate built form strategy and ensure the best built form outcome for the site, taking numerous constraints into account. GMU prepared early built form massing concepts to determine the best and most feasible strategy for the site. Throughout the project, GMU worked in close collaboration with the client and the project architects to advise on urban design issues and SEPP 65 compliance. GMU prepared an Urban Design Report in support of the proposal, as part of the Development Application to Ku-ring-gai Council.
